Simon's Crown is a grid-based puzzle game where coordination, positioning, and timing are everything. You play as Simon, a character who must lead a group of loyal but helpless followers (the Little Guys) to their respective exit points. The catch? They will not move a single inch on their own. They need a leader, and more importantly, they need to see the crown.
Gameplay Mechanics
To solve each level, you must master the unique connection between Simon and his followers:
- The Power of the Crown: The Little Guys will only mimic Simon's movements if Simon is currently wearing the crown. Without it, they remain completely stationary.
- Proximity is Key: Even with the crown equipped, followers will only copy Simon's steps if he is standing directly adjacent to them (Up, Down, Left, or Right).
- The Chain Effect: When conditions are met, moving Simon allows you to push and pull your followers, creating complex movement chains to maneuver through tight corridors and avoid obstacles.
- Leave No One Behind: Every single exit pad must be occupied simultaneously to unlock the path forward and complete the level.
